Compressor packages
Complete 3D packages for centrifugal compressors and companders: process piping, lube-oil and seal-gas systems, base frames, foundation drawings and manufacturing/FAT support.

I take mechanical packages from tender to site acceptance. Across compressor packages, PSA nitrogen systems, mobile fuelling units, storage tanks and skids, I lead the engineering, drive procurement and vendor coordination, and stay with the client through manufacturing, FAT and SAT.
4+ years on compressor, compander and PSA nitrogen packages, then fuel systems in the UAE.

Most of my projects start with a client spec and finish with equipment that has been built, tested and installed. I own the design, and I also handle the coordination needed to get it built.
On a typical package I do the engineering and the project coordination: the full 3D model, equipment arrangement, process and utility piping, lube-oil and seal systems, base frames and skids, GA and fabrication drawings, and the MTO/BOM. After that I follow the design through procurement, manufacturing and FAT/SAT.
I spent four-plus years at DesignTech Systems on centrifugal compressor, compander and PSA nitrogen packages for international oil & gas and industrial projects, where I led and trained a team of six designers. Since November 2025 I've been in the UAE at Meta Green, designing mobile and skid-mounted fuel systems and storage tanks, and leading design on the Emarat 40 FT mobile fueling unit from tender to SAT.

Design is only part of the job. A package still has to be planned, bought, built and handed over, and I stay with it through all of that.
Design basis, equipment sizing and selection, complete 3D packages, process/lube/seal piping, GA and fabrication drawings, MTO/BOM and mechanical calculations to API, ASME and UL codes.
Project Coordinator and Head of Design on the Emarat MFU from tender and award through procurement, production, FAT and SAT; led and reviewed the work of a 6-person design team at DesignTech Systems.
Customer technical clarifications and inspections, vendor and OEM coordination, and day-to-day interfaces with process, instrumentation, procurement and production teams.

I list a standard only where it was part of a project's engineering basis. Not every one applies to every project.
